CO.STARTERS
Entrepreneurship Certificate
This introductory, online noncredit program offers a nationally-recognized, licensed curriculum. Whether you’ve already started developing an idea or exploring new ideas, this program will give you the tools and support to move forward.
Classes: Butler Main Campus
Class Dates: TBA
Class Time: Online; with weekly meetings on BC3 Main Campus every Monday from 6pm - 9pm
Class Cost: Free - Butler County Residents who meet income eligibility. $230 - Outside Butler County and/or who do not meet income eligibility requirements
Grant-Funding
The CO.STARTERS program is FREE to qualified students through grant-funding intended to remove social and educational barriers for low and moderate income individuals and families. Income eligibility is at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines.
Those outside of Butler County and/or who do not meet the income eligibility requirements can still take the course for $230, the cost of the workbook. Special funding opportunities for that cost may be available for eligible students at CareerLink and Career T.R.A.C.K.
Stackable Credentials
Students who successfully complete the CO.STARTERS Entrepreneurship Certificate will receive 4 credits toward BC3’s Entrepreneurship Workplace Certificate (16 credits).
