Retirees served college for collective 303 years

BC3 bade farewell to those who retired during the fall or by Dec. 31 as part of early retirement options available to eligible employees. The average tenure at BC3 of a staff member who retired as part of the option was 23 years. “Ultimately everything these individuals did benefited our No. 1 priority, our students,” BC3’s president said.
