BC3 wins Presidents’ Cup again
The 2018 Western Pennsylvania Community College Leadership Institute provided eight BC3 employees with “multiple perspectives” and “different viewpoints” in a “crash course” taken with cohorts from two other community colleges. Along the way to becoming tomorrow’s leaders, the BC3 group created a capstone project that won over judges and gave BC3 its second Presidents’ Cup in a row.
